How to survive the time change with Daylight savings ending?

Once upon a time, before babies and kids, we all enjoyed the EXTRA hour of sleep that was gifted to us each November.  Now that you have a baby, your feelings may have changed a bit towards this bi-annual time change.

Clocks falling back an hour  = early morning wake ups, early bedtimes, cranky babies and an overall adjustment to schedule.

Take a moment to download my FREE printable guide to help you prepare for this time change.  Oh, and if you haven't yet, be sure to follow me on Facebook to stay "in the know" with sleep insights, sleep tips, FREE giveaways, parenting advice and much more.
