Absolutely. I do work with twins and multiples. I’m also a twin mom myself, so I truly understand firsthand the unique dynamics of caring for more than one baby and what sleep training can look like in a twin household.

No, I don’t use full extinction or traditional cry it out methods. While some tears can happen with any change, I focus on responsive strategies where your child is never left alone or unsupported.
Currently, I offer virtual support only which allows me to work with families across the U.S. and around the world. Virtual coaching is highly effective (I've been practicing this way for 8 years with success), and gives you the flexibility and privacy to implement changes in your own space.
I support families from the newborn stage all the way through toddlerhood and beyond. Coaching can be effective at different ages depending on your child’s needs, but most families begin between 4 and 18 months.
My coaching focuses on connection and lasting results, not quick fixes. I take time to understand your child’s sleep and provide ongoing support, adjustments, and accountability along the way. We work in phases, focusing on one set of goals for 5 to 7 days before layering in the next once your baby is responding well.
I support families with babies and toddlers, typically ages 5 months to 5 years old. If you're unsure if your child fits, feel free to reach out.
