Sleep Success Story: From Endless Rocking to Restful Nights

Dana D. knows firsthand how overwhelming sleep struggles with a newborn can be. After her firstborn went through a tough 4-month sleep regression, it felt like an endless cycle of swaying, shushing, and holding—nonstop for 45 days. The exhaustion, frustration, and sheer desperation built up quickly, as Dana and her husband tried everything from nursing to sleep devices, all in hopes of getting their baby to sleep soundly.

 

"We were drained," Dana admits. "I was neglecting my own well-being, my postpartum recovery, and my mental health. And on top of all that, I hadn’t slept in my own bed for what felt like forever."

 

It was during this sleep-deprived period that Dana and her husband reached the breaking point. They knew they needed help—not just for the sake of their baby, but for their entire family’s well-being. That's when they found me.

After 5.5 months of sleep challenges with their first child, Dana and her husband were ready to turn things around for their second baby.
