For her twins, the changes have been equally significant. "They’re in much better moods. They know what to expect throughout the day, from playtime to naps to bedtime. The consistency has made them so much happier."

 

But the benefits of a better sleep routine go beyond just feeling well-rested. "For me, it’s been a game-changer for my marriage and my mental well-being," Emma adds. "Knowing that I can plan time for myself and have the kids follow a predictable schedule has brought a sense of peace back into our home."
